A short video (and soon, an interactive audio episode) distilled from our book to help leaders move from AI ambition to real results.
Leaders don’t fail for lack of AI ambition—they fail at alignment.
We’ve been asked by early readers for a quick way to see what AI Pathway is about—beyond the table of contents and quotes. So, we used NotebookLM to generate a concise, book-faithful video preview from an earlier preorder manuscript. It captures the core ideas: a visual, facilitation-friendly framework for aligning Vision → Strategy → Enablers, a practical Readiness Diagnostic, and the AI Journey Matrix to decide what to do next.
This clip was generated from a prior draft; the published book contains refinements and additional cases.
A director at a major cloud AI group saw this and told us:
“Spot on… this is a common pattern I see with large enterprises I work with .. no clear roadmap and technology first.”
Eager to hear what you have to say.
What you’ll learn in the preview
Why alignment beats ambition—and how Vision → Strategy → Enablers turns intent into execution.
A Readiness Diagnostic to check culture, talent, data foundations, and ways of working.
The AI Journey Matrix: where you are vs. where you think you are.
Four pathways by company size and tech maturity.
Mini-cases (e.g., Klarna, Unilever) illustrating practical trade-offs.
How we made it (NotebookLM workflow)
Source: We uploaded an earlier version of the AI Pathway manuscript.
Scripting: NotebookLM summarized section by section; we nudged tone to stay “facilitation-first.”
Narration: We used the built-in TTS voiceover (neutral, clear), then trimmed pauses.
Visuals: Auto-generated slides + light edits to mirror the tile/canvas style of the book.
Export: 720p/24fps for speed; we’ll ship 1080p in future posts.
Who it’s for
Leaders, product/ops owners, and data/AI teams who need a shared map—not just a use-case list. If your org is between pilots and scale, the book and this preview will help you run AI like a portfolio with an operating rhythm you can actually ship.

What’s next: an interactive audio “mini-podcast”
NotebookLM also generated a podcast-style audio companion from the same draft. We’re polishing loudness, adding show notes, and releasing it next—so you can listen to the core ideas in 8–10 minutes and bring them straight into workshops.
